In each country of implementation, a National Support Team was constituted to coordinate the process in the municipalities selected. The National Support Teams consist in a National Project Officer - in charge of the overall coordination of the programme in the country, a National Focal Point - focusing on coordination of Faciliators and reporting, and Facilitators - external intervenants aiming to support Roma communities, train them where necessary, and help mediators establish Joint Planning Meetings between Community Action Groups and Local Authorities.
Please feel free to contact the National Support Teams should you have any inquiries concerning the implementation of ROMED, all details are included below. Please visit the ROMED Support Organisations' websites mentioned in the right corner of each National Support Team, to learn more on their activities.
